<span>Dmitriy Nurullayev is an assistant professor of government in the College of Applied Science Technology and a faculty affiliate in the School of Government Public Policy at the University of Arizona. His research focuses on the foreign policies of aspiring powers, especially China and Russia, as well as the relationshidynamics between the United States, China, and Russia. His work has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals, including em>Global Studies Quarterly<span> and em>Social Science Quarterly<span> and has received funding from the U.S. Department of Defense and the Stanton Foundation. Before joining the faculty at the University of Arizona, Dmitriy held a postdoctoral fellowshiat Tufts University and a predoctoral fellowshiat Harvard University.
