<p>Romi Carrell Wittman in associate profressor of practice and the program director for the College of Applied Science Organizational Leadershi+ Regional Commerce program. Her research centers around equality through educational access and equity, as well as mentoring, specifically mentoring in the online environment. <p>Prior to her full-time faculty role, she was the Chief Marketing and Communications officer at Arizona Public Media, the Southern Arizona <em>PBS <and <em>NPR <affiliate. She also served as adjunct faculty in the Organizational Leadershiprogram for eight years and assisted in transforming the curriculum into an academically rigorous and student-focused program. <p>She has 20+ years’ experience in marketing and brand management as well as a professional writing background, having published more than 600 articles in a variety of publications including newspapers and trade, business and lifestyle magazines. Ms. Wittman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona UA) and is a graduate of the UA’s nationally ranked EntrepreneurshiProgram. She also holds an MBA from the UA’s Eller Graduate School of Management. <p> <
